Connection Code for connecting VB with Access & SQL using ADO.

Dim Conn As New ADODB.Connection (In Declaration)

(In Form)
(For Access)
Set Conn = New Connection
Conn.Open = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.3.51;" _
& "Data Source = C:\Microsoft Visual Studio\Vb98\table.mdb"

(FOR SQL)
Conn.ConnectionString = "Provider=SQLOLEDB;Server=ServerNT;" _
& "User ID=pravyn;Password=*****;Data Source=Pubs"

Connection Code for connecting VB with Access using DAO.

Dim rs as Recordset
Dim db as Database

db=OpenDatabase(E:/........)
rs = db.recordset("....")
