DD/MM/YYYY FORMAT:
CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),DATE,103) AS DATE

MM/DD/YYYY FORMAT:
CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),DATE,101) AS DATE

TO SEPERATE THE TIME FROM DATE:
HH:MM

CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),DATETIME,108) AS TIME

MM-DD-YYYY FORMAT:
CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),DATE,105) AS DATE
