Use Fileupload to upload and image and then write this code to upload image to database.For this sample to work use image column dataType to OLE Object and for SQL take data type as Image.

OleDbConnection con = new OleDbConnection("ConnectionString");
OleDbCommand cmd = new OleDbCommand("Insert into table where ImageName=@imgName and ImageData=@imgData");
cmd.Parameters.Add("@imgName");
cmd.Parameters.Add("@imgData");
cmd.Parameters["@imgName"] = FileUpload1.FileName;
cmd.Parameters["@imgData"] = FileUpload1.FileBytes;
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();

Parameterized query is a good idea.You will face problems with large images if you create query by appending data.
