unable to load oci.dll while executing web applications

Unable to load oci.dll:
1. Navigate to ORACLE_HOME folder .This will normally D:\Oracle\Product\10.1.0\Client_1 folder
2. Right Click on Client_1 folder and click Sharing and Security.
3. Click on Security tab.
4. Check ASP.Net Machine account exists or not.
4. If not click on Add and type aspnet in Enter the object names to select textbox and click on checknames. You will get ASP.Net machine account.
5. Click on OK .
6. Click the "Ok" button until you close out all of the security properties windows.
7. Re-execute the application and it should now work.
