Bhola: I can't get Works to run in Program Manager

Bhola: It isn't there
Comp Expert: Which group is it in?
Bhola: What?
Comp Expert: The group, is there a Microsoft group, or a Productivity group?
Bhola: No
Comp Expert: What groups are there?
Bhola: None
Comp Expert: See the word "WINDOWS" at the top of the screen, click on it and it'll drop down a menu
Bhola: No it doesn't
Comp Expert: Try again
Bhola: Nope
Comp Expert: It hasn't given you a menu then?
Bhola: Yes
Comp Expert: Read off the lines then
Bhola: Main, Accessories, Microsoft, Productivity, etc...
