For refreshing the same(default) page with 5 seconds use the following coding in the html head tag section
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5;url=Default.aspx" />
if you wants to move the another page after 5 seconds use this code:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5;url=pagename.aspx" />
