The following code sample shows how to change dynamically the fore color of textbox
importnamespace using System.Drawing;
//creating the object for colorconverter
ColorConverter objconverter = new ColorConverter();
//storing the selected color in a string
strcolor = cmbColor.SelectedItem.ToString();
//converting a string type to color type
Color objFontcolor = (Color)objconverter.ConvertFromString(strcolor);
//setting the fore color of the textbox
rtxt1.ForeColor = objFontcolor;
