string val = "~/MyFiles/myxmlfile.xml";
string path = Server.MapPath(val);
string to = path.Replace("myxmlfile.xml", "myxmlfilenew.txt");
StreamWriter stream = new StreamWriter(to, false, System.Text.Encoding.Default);
xdoc.Load(path);
