If you want open .aspx page in Source mode or Design mode.By default page open in Design mode but if you want open every page in Source mode as defaule for that,go Tools -> Options -> Html Designer and set start pages in Source mode or Design.

If you not find Html Designer than check the Show All Settings cheskbox show at bottom.
