How to create C# talking applications using MS speech library

This code gives you a outline of how to incorporate speech capabilities in your applications, mainly windows, web based applications. You could add up this feature to any existing applications to provide voice messages to guide the users.

To test this sample, Add reference to Microsoft Speech Library 5.3 in your project.
