Then PMA runs a command: C:\ProgramStopper.exe /C:\WebServer\MySQL\server.exe

PMA: What's now! That's not a command!
MySQL: Sorry, I'm not so perfect at this things! DROP USER_FILES PhpMyAdmin;
PMA: There's nothing named DROP USER_FILES ... ;!
MySQL: OK, there's only one way! ALT+F4 . CTRL+ALT+DELETE ENDPROCCESS: svchost;
Then the computer shutdowns. The user returns & finds the computer turned off. Then he started it again & he did 2 simple things: Delete C:\WebServer\MySQL & C:\WebServer\http\PhpMyAdmin. Two simple things, right?!
