which one is correct?

When i install there assembly. ie assembly1.dll ,assembly2.dll and assembly3.dll using
installutil command.
installutil assembly1.dll assembly2.dll assembly3.dll
during installation error occurs in second one(assembly2.dll).. wht happend for instalation
