Fee Collection System

Fee Collection Software is useful to save and maintain and calculate balance of fees collected from student.
Here students can pay fees in many installments. Their all ‘installment records’ like Receipt No, Date, Paid Fees will get saved in database. And accordingly balance will get generated.
Afterwards, client can see the report.
For Beginners this is good to learn how to save, maintain and retrieve information from database.
Also to learn ‘how to work with datagridview and how can we validate it’, this is useful project.

Requirement to run this project:

SQL Server 2005
Visual Studio 2008
.NET Framework 3.5

Technologies
Visual C#.net 3.5

Crystal Report
About Working of Project:

1] On running of software, 1st window is : Login Window:
User Name & Password is empty. Directly click on ‘Login’

2] After Login, this Main window will get open:
Menus are: Master -1] Student Master 2]Fee Master
Record - 1] FeeEntry – a] Computer b] VikasNidhi
2] ViewBalance – a] Computer b] VikasNidhi

3] After Clicking on Student Master, this window will get open:
Here after filling required information, you can create new records on clicking ‘SUBMIT’ button or else you edit existing records, after clicking ‘EDIT’ button.

4] Fill required information and click on submit to create new record, following window will get opened: Here you can fill name of students and click on ‘SAVE’. You can insert or delete record too as per the requirement.

5] After Clicking on Fee Master, this window will get open:
You can fill or edit fees over here.

6] If you will click on FeeEntry –Computer following window will get open:

7] Fill required information and click on show:
If you will see here, for roll no:3, 2records exist. Roll no 3 has paid the fee in 2
Installment. Like this student can pay fee by using ‘n’no. of installment facility. To add new installment record click on ‘ADD NEW RECORD’, new record will get inserted for selected roll no. After filling records you need click on ‘SUBMIT’ button. If you delete any wrong record you can click on ‘DELETE RECORD’ button. If you will click on cancel, exsting records will be disappearing and after selecting class and division, records for selected class and division will get appeared. –

8] If you want to check balance of ‘computer fee’ – click on ‘ComputerBalance’. This is form you cannot edit manually. Working of ‘VikasNidhiBalance’ will be same as this form.

9] To view report click on report: Select class, division, type and amount to view report for required class and division and click on ‘SUBMIT’

Hi,
I am very new to this site .the main aim to come this site to brush up my prpgraming skills.Actully i have done MCA in 2005 and i enter in GIS Field currently i am GIS professional and am working in Doha(Qatar)at good position.
But i am very much intrested in web programming so can you please suggest me some simple project with proper guide line.or if possible please write a simple priject for me.My C# and asp.net basic are clear.
your this project seems good if possible plz send database file.
and can develope single .net page but connecting a data base is difficult for me so plz..plz.. write me small project with Access database.
