In this project we use some dll's to speech. And this is the best practice of
create sound application. But i want in this project to add volume & Britness
Control.

This project is done in C# and .net

    I am new to this forum. So, I do not know how I can be part of such projects.

    I am experienced C, java programmer. I see that programming is in C# .net, which is similar to C programming and it should not be difficult to me.
