I work for a company called Cepios Group, and we are a professional software services firm which specializes in dedicating software developers/engineers to Indian & U.S. companies.
Cepios is a company with offices in Chennai, Boston and Chicago. Our unique model is one where we dedicate resources from India operation center to Indian & U.S. companies on an ongoing basis. It is similar to hiring someone to work onsite, but instead these dedicated resources work from our development center. We call this staffing, and the advantage to working with this model as opposed to traditionally outsourcing a project is that with staffing the individuals/teams dedicated to you essentially become virtual employees of your company, similar to how they would if you hired them yourself. We take care of all the HR activities and provide a world-class development facility from which your team works. Once an individual or team is assigned to you, they work only for you, and you can manage them however you choose. Over time they come to intimately understand your protocols and processes, and workflow becomes smoother and more refined. Loyalty and trust are also qualities greatly enhanced through the staffing model as you get to know each team member individually over time.
Our development center currently has a total strength of 70, of which 20 developers/engineers are currently unassigned to clients and therefore immediately available. We specialize in Microsoft technologies, and our primary skill sets include .NET, ASP, VB, C#, ADO, SQL, Oracle, and QA testing. The industrial experience of the people varies from 2 – 5 years.
Our software engineers receive extensive training for working with Indian & U.S. clients and are experienced in the standard protocols and development processes software companies employ to achieve success.
