you need to take the Reportviewer control and assign that generate Rdl file from Reporting server or from Bin folder

If u will not get the reportviewer control in your ToolBox then -->Add the ToolBar -->Go to Choose Controls Tab and then goto Browse or else add the Reporting service 2005 .dll

and the press Refresh for Adding ReportViewer Control in your Toolbox
