answer is wrong
cause reinstalling will take lot of time. the problem raised because of installing GAE [Guidance Automation Extensions], that tool i have installed few days back after that my IDE stopped working, later uninstalled GAE and it worked normally. reinstalling is not the solutions for every problem.
i have alread solved the issue
