Worked on Service Level Management applications, with the Tool provided by the leading provider (Oblicore Guarantee) of Enterprise service performance applications that manage and monitor service level agreements, outsourcing contracts, BPO contracts and complex business processes. Oblicore Guarantee is the tool developed on Dotnet framework for calculating the service level provided by the service provider to the customer. Oracle is the default database for Oblicore Guarantee (Even though it supports different databases). Oblicore Guarantee have a capacity to read any type text files (.csv, .xls, …) and convert those data into the Oracles using its built-in Adapter configuration service.

Worked on the SharePoint portal site enhancements, which was initially developed on WSS 2.0. This site serves as central point of repository for our users to refer the documents available on the portal and can able to upload the necessary documents to portal for the reference to others. This site was later migrated to WSS 3.0.

Using Microsoft Dotnet 2.0 worked on projects like embedded applications. These dotnet applications are developed in C#, Flash. Using dotnet worked on the application which are also known as Kiosk Applications, Application are developed to communicate with external hardware devices to transfer the data from the system to the external hardware.
Worked on different types of Kiosk applications where user interface was developed in Flash and application logic was developed in C#. Application logic will be communicating to the external devices called electronic PODS and get the status of the POD, so that the updated status will be again updated to the user of the KIOSK with the help of Flash user interface.
Developed a communication between the Flash user interface and the C# application logic, Flash interface will send the information about the user interaction to C#, C# will do background logic based on user interaction and updated to the user with help of Flash.

Worked on different types of web applications using ASP.Net, C#, and VB.Net using SQL Server as a Database. Developed dot net web services as per the requirement. Developed web based applications like Process Management and Asset Management.
