I believe in practical. To more we practice , more we can learn.A simple graduate can do more better work that a MCA student. Now a days everybody look for higher educated studens for higher post .But when they face the practical field thay are failed.But Those who are less educated they can easily handle the practical situation.Because they know the root.Most of the time we just ignore simple graduates for some higher post.But what i have realized in my life, they can do all the things,but for this they just need some co-operation,guidance and some moral support.
