Description: This application tracks the state of a room, a patient, or a provider in the clinic at any given point in time. Statistics generated by this information would help in optimizing the movement of patients with in the clinic such that
• The time spent by a patient in the clinic is minimized
• The resourcefulness of the providers (Doctors) is maximized.
• Add, Edit, Search, Delete functionality for Room, Patient, Sequence, Provider, Suite, Room State Module.
• Manages the provider queue, history of patient, history of room etc.
• Application panel calculates patient time in clinic, current status of the room, waiting time etc and display alerts for a particular room.
• Provider View, which displays current status of a room allocated to a provider, also allows PopIn, Undo PopIn, and Pop Out of patient, change room state, and statistic of patients.

• Room to Suite Allocation module
• Default View shows the floor plan of hospital which also changes room state, Allocate room to provider, release room, Patient etc.
• Room State Tracker Version 2 has also been completed, where it has been integrated with GE Centricity Provider Management Application using a Windows Service. Reporting for the Room State Tracker has been done using Crystal Reports 11.
