Purpose : B.E. course project
Wireless Traffic Viewer is an Internet browser application (web based application) which is designed to view the Traffic Image through a Web camera from a remote location. This project consists of the following two modules, 1.Server module 2.Client module. The Server module is written in J2EE, Client module is built by using J2ME. Traffic viewer proxy server Technology gives the high quality traffic image with much less GPRS or UMTS traffic.
The client module is used to connect the server, which is running in the web server. The server module retrieves the image through web camera and sends to the client module. The saved image from the mobile can be viewed from same client module. Here the web camera images will be monitored from the mobile phone simulator. Server module connects the web camera though the JMF (Java Media Framework) the images can be displayed for each and every specified delay seconds
