The Project Summary:

TravelSOFT’s main aim is to automate the complete processes that are taking place in the travel agency. The processes include the Booking of a Trip, Trip Sheet Management, Customer Management, Cars Maintenance, Driver Details, Air Ticketing, and Accounts etc.
The process goes like this, when a customer gets a booking ID, it will be updated in the trip sheet module where the status of the trip will be null. But, when the customer actually finishes the trip, the trip sheet will be updated and then the bill for that trip will be automatically generated and placed in the accounts module. The tariff of that particular trip will chosen by the operator at the time of booking itself. Regular customers will be automatically stored in the database and they can be used for their next time booking. Canceling, updating of trip sheet and bookings shall be done with administrator privilege only. Tickets booking for various fights, trains are also maintained in a separate module. Reports of various important data are captured and given to the customer at various intervals
