Job Description
We are in need of a Female HR Manager for Our Pune Office having 2 to 5 years of experience in;
·Functional knowledge and competence in all major HR functions, including training, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee management.
·Solid expertise in human resource organization development at the strategic level, coupled with the ability to build and manage a function that is proactive, practical and prudent in its approach.
·An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
·An individual who has diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility.
