Job Description
* 15+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications
* 5+ years of Project Management experience on custom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects
* Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including Program Management organization, presentations, project planning, managing expectations
* Experience managing large teams (20+ people) is a plus
* Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus
* Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies
* Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
* Domain knowledge in Financial Services would be a huge plus
* Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent
