# The successful candidate must be prepared to work with a variety of clients in a team atmosphere, while understanding the client's goals, objectives and expectations.
# You would be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 developers to deliver the requirements agreed with the Directors.
# Maintain quality standards while performing due diligence with every project.
# Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints.
# Clear and decisive understanding of project cycles.
# Strong understanding of web-based design and production processes.
# Results driven, self motivated and able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
# Proven experience of managing a team of developers and delivering projects on time and to brief.
# Firsthand understanding of mainstream internet and intranet technologies and systems.
# Expert knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET and the deployment of internet and intranet based solutions.
# Working knowledge of Web/Internet/Intranet based software solutions and applicable platforms.
# Working knowledge of software/testing cycles.
# Excellent oral and written communication skills.
# Excellent multi-tasking, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
