Job Description
"The candidate must be experienced in the development of Internet and / or software products.
The candidate should have excellent organizational skills, good documentation and analytical skills, and strong written / oral communication skills and people skills.
The candidate must possess a BE / BTech / ME / MTech/ MCA degree and a solid grounding in Internet technologies is required.
The candidate should have an experience of all phases of software development life cycle and must have executed at least 2 medium-large projects with at least one of them in the internet domain.
The candidate must posses strong technical knowledge either in the field of Microsoft technologies (especially with .NET environment)
The candidate must possesses sound database knowledge and must demonstrate / exhibit good designing skills. Knowledge of SQL Server 7 and above OR Oracle is a must.
Practical Knowledge of any PERT / CPM based project management tool is a necessity.
Practical knowledge of any one or more of the domains listed below will be a definite plus. (a) Insurance sector (b) Internet Gaming Industry (c) Internet Marketing Solutions (PPC, Affiliate marketing, SEO) (d) Inventory, purchasing, order processing, POS and integration with Finance (e) Legal Solutions.
The candidate must have an affinity towards establishing, implementing and improving software processes and practices. Practical knowledge of CMM is a definite plus.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking to all levels of an organization to present process overviews and updates.
