Job Description
Direct hire position and must be legal to work in U.S. No sponsorships available for this position.
Job Description :
Understand and help develop product requirements; providing development estimates as needed
Design and develop optimal product functionality to meet requirements; developing specification and design documents as needed
Participate on project teams and/or small product focused teams
Write technical specifications and test plans as necessary; conducting and assisting in unit and integration testing
Troubleshoot and maintain software products and applications assigned
Experience/Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
5+ years experience with application development
Experience with C#, SQL Server 2000, XML, SQL
Development experience designing relational databases and coding SQL stored procedures
Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design and Design Patterns
Experience with Visual Studio 2003 and Visual SourceSafe
Strong understanding of industry best practices in software development, including change management, release process and software development methodologies
Experience as a software system architect building highly scalable, multi-tier, enterprise applications is a plus
Ability to understand complex software architecture and effectively communicate with team members
Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently
