Job Description
1. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Client /Server Support
2. Experience in .Net application installation /administration /support either remote or on-site
3. Experience in database server (MS-SQL preferred) Support
4. Experience in Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix technology
5. ITIL Knowledge and Network (Firewall, switch, router) knowledge preferable
6. Should posses skills and mindset to be able to help, understand and propose things for new customer environments with things like VMware, Citrix server, published applications, hosted exchange, multiple exchange.
7. Should posses knowledge of ITIL process and be able to identify network problems and escalate appropriately.
8. Should posses knowledge on file access and reporting from out of .Net applications across citrix and across windows domains and firewalls, mail merge and office integration when in citrix and out of domain.
