Job Description
AdDate.Com is an established company in USA that is looking for a .NET architect/Senior Technical Lead in its office at Bangalore India. We need 3-4 years of relevant experience
About Employer
We have a long term project starting with a 6 month contract. The project is in building Cinema, Retail and Captive Audience Network advertising sales, art work submission, approval and financial management solution for a good size client in the US. We are doing requirements gathering and system design on-site at the client site. This is a brand new development effort with no dependencies on prior projects or integration hassles with legacy systems. We need the development team in India at our office in 8th block Jayanagar. (41st cross and 1st Main). We specialize in TV/Radio/Cable advertising solution and have an experienced projct lead and senior developers that have background in this area for the last 5+ years.
1) We need some one with an in-depth experience in .NET 2003/Visual Studio 2003 and strong development experience in web based collaborative applications. We will start developing some screens in .Net2005 and SQL Server 2005 early on and this is a great opportunity for a senior architect to move to the .Net 2005 environment. We need at least 5-6 years experience in development of progressively complex projects and with design responsibilities. We will pay consulting rates to the technical architect in par with what the market pays and as the situation demands.
2) One developer needs to have strong User Interface design skills, natural flare as well as aesthetic sense for building consistent user Interface as defined by the architect and with reference application patterns. He/she should have good interpersonal communication skills, customer interaction skills and organized approach to work, demonstrated leadership traits with an attitude to take responsibility for the group deliverables.
3) One developer needs to have greater depth of technology understanding, up on latest tools we need (VS 2003, any exposure to Beta 2005 will help), solid foundation from the rigors of math/science background, strong analytical capabilities and logical reasoning skills.
4) One Jr. developer/tester that can learn the skills along with the group and be a team player. We may experiment with two and retain one for this position.
If it is hard to find Bangalore based candidates, we may be better off checking outside Bangalore applicants that come from smaller towns/cities that may not be as demanding for the work environment and other frills.
