Good Knowledge of SDLC
Aware of smoke, white and black box testing.
knowledge of profiling (memory and performance ideally)
Should be aware of asp.net Environment.
Should be familiar with Web GUI Guidelines.

Good command on written english
Willing to take on Product documentation work
