Hi,
We have an immediate requirement to one of our clients in Bangalore. The postitons are
1. Position : Tech Lead - ( MS Tech )
Location : San Diego 3Months then Bangalore. (Required travelling )
Experience : 7 - 9 yrs
Duration : Permanent
Skills :
3 -4+ yrs of experience in C++ /MFC
Couple of yrs of strong experience in VC++
3+ yrs of experience in .Net
Very good understanding of the .Net architecture.
2+ years experience in C# programming for WinForms based application.
Strong skill set required in Object Oriented design.
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to highlight the technical issues / challenges early in the lifecycle.

Very strong designing skills using the basic OOD principles.
Worked on .Net for atleast 3 – 4 years. Exposure to MS technologies for atleast 7 yrs.
Needs to have experience in implementation of Desktop application in .Net of a reasonable size.
Interacting with the client.
Exposure to Offshore delivery model
Ability to conduct and provide feasibility reports on new concepts.
Mandatory : Should have work on Desktop Applications projects using C#.Net & VC++ strongly.
Need o join us within 15 days.
2. Position : Sr Engineer Testing - ( MS Tech )
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 4 - 6 yrs
Duration : Permanent
Skills
1.
Very good in .NET
White box testing experience of .Net based desktop based applications.
Ability to understand / ramp up on the architecture and design of the product.
Ability to map the architecture / design elements to the features implemented in the product.
Should be able to understand and write test cases/scenarios
Very important should have hands-on development background in .Net (C#).
Should have been doing white box testing for at least 2 yrs.
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Should be a good team player
White box testing processes
Good understanding of the .Net architecture
Good programming skills in C# and VC++
Java Script
Experience in testing commercial products
System Programming is nice to have
Work closely with the development team and assist in the impact analysis for code base changes.
Responsible for reviewing code changes and provide inputs on the areas that would be impacted and thereby point the test coverage areas.
Responsible for writing the stubs / drivers / test harness for testing the application / components
Mandatory : For all requirements
Should have work on Desktop Applications projects using C#.Net & VC++ strongly.
Should have Domain experience of Microsoft Technologies
