TL - 5 Yrs, Senior Prg-3+yrs
Minium 3 years in .net
Minimum 2 years as Team Leader
MCSD Certification is a must (must have cleared all the papers of MCSD)
Strong Experience and Knowledge in
-UML
-Class Model, ER Model
-Architecure and Design
-Visio, Rational Rose
-Team Leading
-Customer Handling
-Requirements Handling
-Estimation Skills
-Quality Process such as ISO, CMM is a plus
-GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS is a must
-Prior Experience in handling/interacting with international clients is a must
