As a Lead Developer, you should be capable of handling and managing the entire SDLC from Project Definition to Post Implementation.
You should be very well versed in Documentation.
Should be capable of working independently.
Job Responsibilities
Should be sound in Microsoft Technologies.
Should be a great Self Starter and Efficient Team Player
Responsible for Design, Development, Coding, Testing.
Qualification:
A Computer Science Graduate from Reputed Institute - B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA
4-6 years experience in Microsoft Technologies
Recent 2+ years experience in .NET Framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML.NET, XSL, SOAP, Web Services and Remoting etc.
Should have sound knowledge in Search / Query Techniques, Collaboration tools and Data Mining concepts.
Good Knowledge and Coding for FTP
Good Knowledge in Imaging added advantage
Should have rich experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database.
Should have good coding practices and documentation skills.
Should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
