a)Functional Skills
i) Experience in ASP.Net with reporting tools such as Crystal 9 or 10
ii) Hands on experience in ASP reporting
iii) Clear understanding and knowledge of databases ( Oracle 9iR2 /10g , MS SQL 2000/2005)
iv) Knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP / Server
b)Attitudinal Skills
i) Team player – should be able to work in Team
ii) Cool temperament – should be able to handle Customers
iii) Presentation skills – verbal and written
