* C# - Multithreaded WinForms, ASP.Net & AJAX
* .Net Framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 & 3.5
* Databases – Designing, SQL Server 2000 & 2005
* Design Patterns and UML
* SDLC
* Performance optimization
* Should be familiar with Web & Windows Services, Deployment and configuration, WinDbg, ClrDbg
* Should have knowledge of WPF, WCF & WF, Microsoft Application Servers, Enterprise Application Blocks
* Good Communication Skills is a must
