Job Description
* Should be able to identify Stakeholder needs and determine business problems
* Need excellent communication skills to interact with business side end-users
* Should be able to act as a bridge between the client, stakeholders and the solution team.
* Planning & Management of both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
* Draw Use Case Models & Writing Use Case Specifications
* Good Understanding Unified Modeling Language 2.0
* Identify and Document Business Rules & Algorithms.
* Requirement Elicitation via Stakeholder Interviews & Survey/Questionair
* Should be able to review test cases written by solution team
* Basic knowledge of at-least one object oriented language is a must.
* In-depth Knowledge of Capital Markets or Insurance Domain is a must.
* Good Communication skills is a must
