Job Description
·Experience in XML, XSLT, design patterns, Architecture, distributed computing
·Strong fundamentals NET architecture with proficiency in OO programming, Agile concepts, COM+, Visual Studio, C++, C#, WCF, WWF
·Deep rooted technical understanding and implementation experience in the following expertise areas: Sharepoint Portal Server, BizTalk, ebXML
·Some SQL Server development experience preferred including DTS/SSIS, SSNS, and SQL Integration Services
·Design Authority
·Technical leadership to the team
·Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications
·SE&A (Software Engineering and Architecture), Methodology (RUP, 4+1 OOAD/UML)
·Good knowledge of design patterns
·Knowledge of performance engineering
·SOA, MDA
·Open source suite (e.g. JBoss)
·Solution Types
·2-tier (e.g. rich clients)
·n-tier architectures (e.g. web technologies)
