Job Description
·10 to 15 years of progressive experience with Project and Program Management
·3 to 5 years Program Office leadership experience within a small corporate IT operating environment
·Proven track record of successful project management results
·Experience introducing and implementing Project Management processes and standards
·Formal Project/Program Management methodology (PMI, PRINCE II, proprietary, etc.) experience
·Expert understanding and proficient use of industry-standard project management tools—Microsoft Project, Project Server, Primavera, all Microsoft Office applications, etc
·Ability to evaluate and recruit exceptional project management talent
·Should be from .Net or J2EE background preferably
·Experience working within both project-centric and project-matrix environments
