Job Description
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GSM / CDMA Network and their elements from RF optimisation perspective
• Collect and analyse of RF Data and Drive Test logfiles
• Analyse logs using tools to produce statistics
• Understand recommended network parameters, Narrow Boundaries, Screened calls and Neighbour Lists and Umbrella / shadow screening
• Identify of non- dominate pilot or no dominant BCCH and sources interference
• Integrate a BTS into an existing network
• Analyse calls using layer 3 messages
• Do system analysis of call processing
• Understand call processing, Handover process and algorithms
• Proactively resolve RF Optimization field issues
• Demonstrate efficient written and communication skills
