Job Description
· The candidate shall be holding the position of a Tech Lead in .NET technologies & Web Applications should have solid 6-7 years experience in Web Technologies using .NET.· Minimum of 7-8 years of overall IT experience· Very strong on Dot Net technology· At least 1 year experience on Sharepoint 2003/2007 & should be good at Sharepoint concepts· Should have worked in the areas of component design, implementation, and deployment processes (lead role in previous assignments)· Possess the ability to perform analysis and design · Should possess Strong Communication Skills· Ability to do Estimates and provide inputs to planning· Possess the ability of tracking the project and providing status· Provide effective mentoring to his / her team members and other technical members· Will be responsible for executing, providing technical guidance across various small projects.· Would also be involved in High End Coding of Critical Modules.· Will be interacting with Customer Co-Coordinators for status, Project Review Meetings, code review meetings and so on
