As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be in a position in making sure that our products are meeting and exceeding enterprise-class commercial web application standards. As part of your responsibilities, you will create and document test cases, and perform manual/automated testing of our products. This will include setting up end to end test scenarios of the web and database servers. You will actively interact with our developers and support team both in the USA and in India .
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a BS preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of software QA experience and contributing to full product lifecycles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superior analytical and problem solving skills
Passion for testing and the ability to work independently on diverse problems
Experience in load and stress testing web applications
Experience in Creating Automated Testing configurations
Experience with MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005, IIS and .NET web applications

SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER / DEVELOPER
We are seeking an exceedingly talented and creative Sr. Software Engineer to join our software development team. As a Sr. Software Engineer you will responsible to develop enterprise-class commercial quality web applications, design and implementation of new development initiatives, application enhancements, and troubleshooting issues. In addition to working from established specifications, you will contribute creatively in the design process and take ownership of software development for assigned feature sets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience developing object oriented software systems
Minimum 5 years experience in developing database driven web application (Microsoft SQL Server)
Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft .Net Framework using ASP.NET, VB.Net, Javascript, AJAX
Experience designing and implementing large-scale, N-tiered application architectures, both GUI side and Server side.
Expert in HTML
Strong Experience in SQL store procedures, TSQL, and schema design with hands on experience optimizing web page performance and working with heavy data volume
Strong Experience in developing Client-Side Script Integration
Superior understanding of .Net technologies, ASP.Net/VB.Net, ADO.Net, web services, Windows services, XML, SQL Server 2000 / 2005, and Visual Studio 2003 / 2005
Ability to resolve cross browser/platform compatibility issues.
Experience with good security practices in application development
Strong working knowledge building browser based thin client applications, and be experienced with design principles for building robust, efficient web applications
Experience with VB6 or Crystal Reports XI a plus
