Job profile:
Looking for an experienced Technical Architect who can design & architect complex solutions, together with leading a highly experienced engineering team. The candidate will work closely with the US technology and product management team, and should have strong understanding of design/architectural patterns and frameworks.
Responsibilities would include:
1) ?Understanding the business problem and assimilating functional and non-functional requirements for the project/system
2) Translating requirements into technical design and evolving the system architecture
3) ?Ensuring the overall quality of technical solutions being delivered by technical team
4) ?Leading a dedicated Team for the client and working closely with the technical manager in US and Solution Manager in India.
5) ?Working in the technology space of - SQL, .Net, XML, XSL, ASP/COM Model
6) Product development in Financial Space
7) Understanding relevant business issues and the organization's operating procedures and connect these to work priorities.
8) ?Building an environment that supports cooperation and cohesiveness in the work team.
Essential Skills:
1) ?About 8-10 years of experience in product development.
2) Excellent written and verbal communications to interact with Intrasphere/Clients International team of Process/Strategy Consultants, Solution Managers.
3) Entrepreneurial in thinking and execution.
4) A solid leader with at least 2 years of experience leading teams and architecting complex solutions using Microsoft Technologies.
5) Ability to lead a team of high energy engineers and sr. engineers with significant experience on technology and product.
6) Strong analytical skills
