Should have Hands on Technologist in Application Development.
Should have played the roles of Technical or Solutions Architect in Microsoft Technologies
Should have extensive exp. in Technical & Client Management using Microsoft Technologies.
Should have grown from being a programmer in MS technologies.
Should have well rounded on Testing areas, Design areas, Programming, Databases.
Should have extensive experience in all the phases of the project lifecycle
Should be open not to have Direct Team Management Responsibities.
Should be technically focused and working exp in Microsoft technologies ( .Net, C# is desirable )
Candidates who can talk authoritatively on Testing, Design, coding phases of the projects
