Experience : 4-8 yrs (minimum 3 yrs in .NET and 1-3 yrs as Team Lead / Tech Lead / Project Lead / Lead Developer etc)
Skills : .NET 1.1/2.0, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, Ajax , JavaScript, SQL 2000/2005, UML, Visio etc.
