* We are looking for Senior Programmers and Team Leaders for immediate openings
* We prefer candidates who can attend the interview at chennai immediately.
Team Leaders must have experience in
* Leading a team of software programmers(at least 2 years)
* Object Oriented Programming
* Data Modelling, ER Diagrams
* Architecture, Design, Specifications
* Web Applications, Web Services, Security, Authentication
* Encryption, Compression related technologies
* Client/Server Digital Certificates
* FTP, Online Backup related technologies
* MS Project, Visio
* Good Communication Skills
* Good Interpersonal Skills
Senior Programmers must have experience in
* Object Oriented Programming
* Web Applications, Web Services, Security, Authentication
* Encryption, Compression related technologies
* Client/Server Digital Certificates
* FTP, Online Backup related technologies
* Good Communication Skills

The candidates should be willing to work on deadline based projects for international clients.
