Job Description
1. C#/.Net development experience under MS Windows
2. Ability to specify, design, implement, test and document complex software systems
3. Knowledge of audio processing and/or speech processing technologies, such as telephony systems, VOIP, noise reduction and speech recognition
4. Additional experience in any of ASP.Net, DirectX, DirectShow, SQLServer, Media Streaming and Encoding would be a distinct advantage
Responsibilities Include:
1. Design and develop data recording and processing applications within agreed time and budget constraints.
2. Prepare software project documents including functional specs, design specs, user manuals, and test specs and other project documentation.
3. Test, install and maintain new and existing software systems.
4. Review and provide feedback on the software code developed by others.
5. Prepares weekly activity reports.
6. Attend and or support project progress meetings
7. Support the Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance trials

2. Ability to communicate with other departments and outside agencies keeping external and internal customers informed as to project progress
3. The ability to manage complex projects and priorities tasks, paying particular attention to the project requirements and the deadlines
4. The ability to balance complex technical issues against the commercial needs of the Company.
5. Ability to work effectively with others and to be flexible in work.
