Job Description
Simsol Global is retained by a large Supply Chain ERP solution provider to identify Senior Technical Resources to cater to their business expansion. The Company is US & Europe centric business with development operations at India. The Comapny has a very good mindshare due to its quality niche products. The solutions are highly .Net centric technology based.
The requirements range from Project Managers, Product Managers,Sr Technical Architects, Program Managers, Sr Program Managers, Directors and Senior Director.
The roles require excellent Technical & Visualisation skills backed by agile development experience and mentoring skills.
The potential candidate should have very good Technical hands-on expertise on .Net, Java, C++ & Web technologies; excellent people management skills & communication skills; Experience in Product Development especially in SCM/Logistics solutions is preferable, but not mandatory. Experience in mature software & people processes (CMM L5, Six Sigma, PCMM, ISO 9000....) preferred. Ideal candidates would have degree in Engineering and/or Management from premier institutions with excellent academic record. The stress is on the quality of the experience and potential rather than the quantum of experience.
