Job Description
Product Analysts:CRM
> Reporting to Director Functional
3 and above years
* Degree/Major: B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech./MBA/ CA/ ICWA
from reputed universities
* Experience: Strong background in CRM * Experience in performing numerous GAP analysis/ experience in
atleast 1 full life cycle implementation in CRM
* Should have worked in defining strategy and requirements for
new product release by interacting with existing customers and
competitive feature matrix
* Should have experience inhigh-level designs for the new
product features
* Ability to Communicate effectively in a technical
environment(designing skills and interface/integrate with the
technology)
* Knowledge of Implementation/Consulting/software Product
development Life Cycle and understanding on relational databases
is desirable.
Familiarity with Oracle is highly preferred (SAP/Peoplesoft also considered)
