Job Description
Systems Valley is looking for an experienced Microsoft ASP.NET developer to work in their development centre based in Calicut, Kerala. The candidate should have more than 4 years of commercial experience in software development.
The candidate should have experience in working with overseas development team. A good communication skill in English (UK) is mandatory. We would like to have at least one reference project accessible e.g. a public website.
Mandatory skills
1. Minimum of 4 years of software development, IT experience in the Microsoft environment
2. Experience in developing Web-based applications
3. Minimum of 3 years of .NET (VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net) experience is a MUST
4. ASP.NET 1.1 and 2.0
5. Visual Studio 2003 and 2005
6. Strong understanding of Object oriented programming in VB.NET
7. SQL Server 2000
8. Strong XML programming in .NET
9. XSLT programming
10. Fluent spoken and written English
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills
12. Commercial experience with International (UK or USA) clients.
Desirable:
13. SQL Server 2005
14. Relevant Microsoft certifications e.g. MCAD/MCSD
