Skill sets:
Provide Best Practices & Solution Patterns and ensure that they are well understood and adopted
Will be a core member of a team involved in designing & architecting a high performance, scalable, ultra-enterprise class platform and related tools on which our future products will be built on.
Good knowledge of architectures of enterprise class applications
Good knowledge and hands-on in OOAD / UML / enterprise design patterns
Preferably good knowledge in VB.NET
Should have experience in implementing very large scale enterprise solutions and must have a keen eye in solving bottlenecks in huge deployments as well as scaling to different tiers of architecture.
Experience in HL7, HIPPAA
Ability to mentor developers.
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
